Tips for cooking beans

Bean is a very common meal on the brazilian table. The black beans, they say is the most nutritious, further accompanied by rice and kale or colored green.

The beans go well with  meat, following a simple steak, salad, vegetables, etc. Once we get bored of eating rice and beans, to make a bean soup is good!

"Ginger Ale" Homemade

We have written  on this blog on other "post" about the benefits of ginger. You can read the article by clicking here: The Power of Ginger.The "Ginger Ale" is a very traditional drink in the United States and is quite refreshing. This modern refrigerant has two predecessors: the ginger beer, fermented and envazada at home as the "root beer", which translates as root beer, which is a delight.

        
For some Ginger Ale is sweetened with regular sugar, but the best option will always be natural sweeteners such as ordo syrup (maple syrup), honey or brown sugar.
Ginger helps regulate the bowel and digestive system, strengthening the immune system.
This drink is extremely refreshing, ideal to be taken in small quantities following a meal or as an isotonic after physical activities.
For summer, serve well chilled, neat or diluted, with or without ice cubes and eventually using fresh mint leaves for garnish.We created a recipe for Ginger Ale, tested and approved, based on two others that we have made and tasted: Natural Ginger Ale:

God created everything that is good on the earth. He does not discriminate one herb or fruit from another. Each type has its own use and therefore is good for all human beings.
God said in the book of Genesis 1:11,12 that what He created on the earth like grass, herb or fruit trees are good and God was well pleased with His creation.
However, Christopher Columbus saw papaya as the fruit of the angels. Angles are spirit, but do they eat food?

Origin

The parsley is original basin Mediterranean. Its use dates back over two thousand years. The ancient Greeks said when someone was going to die, "this person needing to use salsa." The Romans, the first to use it there in high scale, placed on plates, including to avoid contamination and intoxication. It was brought to the New World in the century XVII, where it became very popular to use in cooking.

The origin of name is from the Latin Petroselinum, Petra is a Greek word meaning "rock" or "stone" and selinum designating the Umbelliferae plants near the celery. But it is possible that the name evoke the medicinal use of the plant is that is used against the calculations of the kidneys and vesicles.

 Serum yogurt, also known as whey, is used to fail grains sauce, along with plenty of water in order to neutralize phytates and make them more digestible. 
 
The Cream Cheese has a multipurpose and is delicious plain or seasoned with sweet or savory seasonings.
