Pray for Peace for Jerusalem!
"I was glad when they said to me: 'Come to the house of God.' Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem. Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact. Where the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, to the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of GOD. For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David. PRAY FOR PEACE OF JERUSALEM; prosper that love thee.
Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. BECAUSE OF MY BROTHERS AND FRIENDS, say: PEACE IS IN IT. BECAUSE OF THE HOUSE OF GOD, seek thy good "(Psalm 122. 1-9).
We would like to share our love for Israel, a love that seems ever born and raised with us. The Lord has prospered us so much ,as he says He would, he granted us. For the grace we visit in 2001 to the Holy Land. Recalling that prosperity is not material wealth, but the abundance of spiritual grace that grants us the mercy to be happy in any circumstance. Watching the film on the story of King David and seeing how he conquered the area that would become the future city of Jerusalem, our love was awakened again because it was asleep. Our churches, mostly lacks the observance of this biblical commandment, because they think it is things from "old testament"! Jesus, as He Himself says did not come to abolish the Law but fulfill there! Then we must pray for Jerusalem as the Old Testament says!
Just as the 10 commandments are ordinances of the Lord, also of the 'pray for the peace of Jerusalem' is a commandment - the Lord is not asking but ordering him to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, one that is unique, compact city, indivisible capital of Eretz Israel (State of Israel) and ONLY her. At this ordinance is attached a blessing: the prosperity (in all areas of life), but not for those who pray for the peace of Jerusalem, but for those who LOVE. You have to love Israel, Jerusalem, to have the right heart to God and pray for His peace power. Only the love of JESUS can guide us, to pray with understanding, compassion for these people so desperately in need of God and who can not tell their right hand from left, still it is the people who daily prophesies blessings, to practice their orthodoxy, traditions ...
We need to pray for the unity of Jerusalem, there are people who want to take it from the hand of the Jewish people, but according to the holy scriptures,it is biblical description of the Israel belongs to the Israeli people, it was conquered by King David and others, long before Christ. It belongs to Hebrews and everybody for the Jesus´s love became with the "circumcised heart", which means, the heart it is not a stone anymore, it is transformed by the grace of the Lord!
But why such an ordinance?
- For the sake of my brothers and friends - always considered these as the Hebrews, but the Lord has taught me that are my relatives, my friends, people in my daily living. So they have peace, I have to pray for the peace of Jerusalem!
- Because of the house of the LORD our GOD - here in Jerusalem, inhabiting the thrones of His justice. For the kingdom of God follow being built here on Earth, it is necessary that Israel is in our daily intercessions. 'Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all other things shall be added unto' (Matthew 6. 33) - the establishment of His kingdom involves the restoration of Israel, physically and spiritually. When Jesus returns He will go through the gate of Jerusalem and will rule there.
- Because Israel is the key to opening the door to release the blessings on you and the nations of the earth. The fullness of this blessing is the RETURN OF JESUS.
Pray for Israel, DAILY; 'not rest nor gave HIM rest until Jerusalem is raised as a praise in the earth "(Isaiah 62. 7).
This is the time that the Body of Christ has to position itself. What God expects of us, beloved (a)? What can declare and act as Ruth the Moabite, the figure of the Gentile church, about whom there was no hope, but that, by sacrificing their own agenda and plans, opted to serve in love, submission, fellowship and devotion to Naomi Israeli, figure Israel, forsaken, desolate, frustrated and rejected, and thereby became part of the community of Israel and its heritage and promise of salvation and redemption, as well as the genealogy of Jesus, the Messiah of Israel. Ruth, with his gesture of service to Israel, met the Redeemer of Israel, made a covenant marriage with HIM and brought the world one who could save and deliver His people, even the Messiah of Israel. You, LORD JESUS CHRIST Church, may declare that the LORD your God, the God of Israel, ELOHEI Israel is His Name: 'Israel, "instes me not to leave thee, and stop following you, because where Whatever you go I will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, your God is my God; wherever you die I will die, and there will I be buried. Make me like GOD, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me "?
May we always pray for our Jewish brothers, the Israelites, for it was through them that salvation came into the world. The Semites were the chosen people of God, not because they are better or smarter, but were chosen for this we must pray for Israel: "And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to make the graft. For if thou wert cut out of the natural wild olive, and against nature grafted into the good olive tree: how much more shall these, which are natural, be grafted into their own olive tree!
I would not, brethren, have you ignorant of this secret (so do not presume to yourselves): that blindness in part on Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written: The Deliverer will come from Zion, And turn away ungodliness from Jacob "(Romans 11:23-26).
My brother, my sister love and pray for Jerusalem, so you will be very blessed and prosperous in any circumstance, in rich or poor.
